The Academy

The Clinton James Training Academy opened in January 2003 with the aim of improving standards throughout our business.
This is the place where we train our hairdressers of tomorrow!

All training is supervised to the highest standard. The training academy is used to deliver training for the nationally recognized NVQ levels 1-3, as well as helping develop our team from trainee hair stylists through to salon managers and educators.

Our training ranges from in-salon demonstrations by our own team each week, to every member of the team attending at least 1 training course run by L’Oreal Professionnel every year.

We are the North Wales education centre for L’Oreal Professionnel who delivers exciting, innovative courses sharing our belief that “Excellence is a journey not a destination.”
