Client Care

On all visits to Clinton James a consistently high standard of service can be expected. Courtesy texts are sent to clients prior to their visit to remind them of their appointment date, time, service and stylist.

The length of appointments and times are flexible so the client can choose a time that is convenient for them and a length of appointment that accommodates their requirements. A range of prices ensures a choice to suit all pockets.

When you visit Clinton James our aim is to deliver a level of client care and hairdressing services that you are completely happy with. We understand that occasionally this may not be the case. Either our client care may be unsatisfactory or you may not be entirely happy with your haircut or hair colour.

If this should happen we would appreciate it if you could let us know. Any issue that you may have will be dealt directly, sympathetically and confidentially.
